Janice

Janice was our first Wisconsin Division woman engineer and this was taken in the depot about 1975 or 1976. Later, she left the railway for another line of work. We understand Janice is living in Southern California and doing well.

Here are some pictures from an April 1984 Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers’ dinner on the Wisconsin Division where in addition to plenty of good food and drink, awards were passed out recognizing the recipient’s years of membership in the Brotherhood. Passing out the awards is Gerald Ruppert, General Chairman of the BLE.
